ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS

Subject to the rules in this policy, sellers on DNKE offer returns for most items within 3 days of delivery, (“the returns period”). We do not accept returns after the returns period has lapsed.. Items may be returned within the returns period for the following reasons:

REFUNDS

If your return is accepted or if you do not receive your order, DNKE aims to refund the purchase price within 3 days of receiving the returned item. For incorrect, defective, or damaged goods, you will also be refunded the return delivery fee. However, if the return is not due to DNKE’s error (e.g., changed mind, size didn’t fit), delivery fees are non-refundable.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Health & Hygiene Products: Items that may deteriorate, expire quickly, or pose hygiene risks cannot be returned unless they are wrong, damaged, defective, or inauthentic.
  • Customized Items: Goods tailored to your specifications (e.g., monogrammed or engraved) are not returnable unless defective or materially different from the order.
  • User-Damaged Items: If you damage or wear an item after delivery, it’s not eligible for return—unless it becomes defective under reasonable use within the return window (warranty claims apply separately).

Packaging Returns

All returned items must:

  • Be in the exact condition received,
  • Include original packaging with all labels and tags,
  • Be returned securely packaged.

You are responsible for erasing any personal data or accounts linked to the item. DNKE is not liable for data breaches or unrelated items sent in error

No Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We don’t offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Rejected Returns and Forfeiture

Rejected returns will not be refunded. DNKE will attempt two re-deliveries within 7 business days. If both fail, the item will be held for 30 days, after which it becomes DNKE’s property and may be disposed of as deemed appropriate.
